Reflection:
I found this project to be fairly simple and extremely enjoyable. I felt like when we were assigned the project, this idea I went when with popped in my head right away. The content of my podcast is filled with the things I love the most; so maybe that's why it was so fun! During this process I learned how to upload a video on Youtube which I have never done before. It went smoother than I anticipated. I would 100% do something like this for future class projects if the professors allowed it. The overall experience was very pleasant and I hope to be able to do something like it again!

Inspiration for the art I create is truly drawn from the ordinary in’s and out’s of life and the people that fill them. There is inspiration to be found in most everything. Events big, or small. Adventures to far away places, or right in my backyard. In tender moments or in the mundane. During the fast pace or the slow. In the memorable, or insignificant- there’s a spark in my soul that urges me to create.
But what’s a common denominator of all that inspiration? What are the things that fill my days & make them sweet? The people. I wanna talk about people for a sec. Friends and family to be exact. I would argue that the people that fill my days are where I derive the most enthusiasm to create.
At the end of the day, for me personally- the way that I feel can move & inspire me to create. A lot of the times the same things that inspire me, don’t inspire me. And that’s okay. And just like everyone, the varies day by day. So to choose just one thing that inspires me seems like a nearly impossible task. So I choose everything. Everything inspires my art. Every tiny, delicious, scary, funny, sad, boring, precious, silly, beautiful, precious, amazing .... thing.

Ocean Conservation Comics- Group Presentation
This group project was actually very engaging and it was nice to get to know/ work along-side some peers from class. Ocean conservation was not previously something I was super passionate about, but after doing research I started to realize how important it is for us as humans to take care of our ocean buddies in every way we can. Little things like recycling and NOT littering can make BIG change for life under the sea. I enjoyed getting to see artists that are committed to this topic as well as dedicating their work for ocean conservation purposes.
Animation Project
Reflection:
This project was very challenging and fun all wrapped in one! I used many programs I know I will be using again 100%. It took me longer than any other project I've had mostly because it required me to learn software (Photoshop) I have ever really used before. The most challenging part had to have been using a mouse instead of an apple pencil to draw all the lines throughout the video. Aside from art, rollerskating is my favorite hobby! Although I'm no pro, I have a fun time anyways. Well, hope you enjoy! :)
Kahoot Learning Game
Kahoot is such a good way to get students interacting with you in person or online! I have personally used Kahoot even in my college classroom. It's great for all ages! This specific game is geared towards learning all the most famous masterpieces in the world. Enjoy!
Modern Calligraphy Tutorial
Modern Calligraphy is something an art form I'm super passionate and excited about! It's fun to learn and practice to implement in other art projects as well such as paintings or sculptures even! This tutorial is a beginner level step-by-step walk through. I hope you enjoy!
